Performance Indicators

The Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS) has released the 2017-2018 aggregate results for the 5 publicly reported service performance indicators. Results are available on the MCCSS (Ontarios Childrens Aid Societies Performance Indicators) and OACAS (OACAS Data-Results) public websites. The MCCSS site contains provincial and society aggregate results, as well as society aggregate results for each indicator via a searchable table. Data can be printed and/or downloaded as a csv or JSON file. The OACAS site contains only provincial aggregate results for each of the 5 publicly reported indicators, which are available to view and download. Broader Public Sector (BPS) Business Documents Directive

The BPS Business Documents Directive came into effect on January 1, 2016.  This Directive requires BPS organizations to post business plans and other business and financial documents to their public website.  It is intended to provide the public with a means to understand the business objectives and overall operations of these organizations, and to bring consistency and transparency across designated BPS organizations.
